Equation Staffing Solutions recruiters will work with you to ensure your success. We know that from the day you decide to find a new job until the day you start, different challenges will present themselves at each step. Your Equation recruiter will work with you to take the stress out of the job search. They will match you up with positions that best suit you, help you fine-tune your resume, give you tips on interviewing, discuss salary and benefits, and guide you in the event of a counter offer.

Once you have applied online, an Equation recruiter will reach out to discuss your job search with you. We will then conduct an in person interview to better understand your skills, needs and career goals before recommending positions to you.

As part of the interview process, you will be asked to complete computer testing to determine skill levels. Equation Staffing Solutions also completes reference checks with previous employers. Once reference information is complete, we can present job opportunities based on your requirements specified in the interview process.
As an applicant, you will not pay for any of the placement services Equation Staffing Solutions provides.
Job availability changes on a daily basis. Once the application process is complete, you will be considered for positions based on your preferences and your skills. The interview and offer process will change from position to position; your Equation recruiter will guide you through the process accordingly.
Not every job is going to meet the expectations you have. If you are not interested in a position, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.
If you were on an assignment and find it is not a fit, we would ask that you contact us immediately. You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, and we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open communication from our Field Associates and they can expect the same from the Equation Staffing team. We take our Field Associates experience while on assignment seriously which is why we have our employee post assignment survey easily accessible on our website.
